Abstract Objective Spiegel hernia is a rare entity that accounts for less than 1% of operated hernias. Its clinical diagnosis difficult and its treatment varied. The objective this work was to show the eTEP approach pathology. Methods Despite fact all outbreaks, we had three probable cases Spigelian in last quarter. them resolved with Extended Totally Extraperitoneal (eTEP) Approach Hernia Repair. Results We 62-year-old man, previously on bilateral inguinal right side by TAPP laparoscopic approach. He presents left now, which totally extraperitoneal proposed. surgery uneventful patient discharged day after intervention. At two months follow-up, asymptomatic. Conclusions hernia, diagnose can present itself as complicated. It be treated various approaches.
